# Menu System

### Interactive menus

* **Main menu** opened with `/mine`
* **Visits menu** with dynamic player heads and access controls
* **Admin menu** with bulk actions and live configuration options

### WorldGuard

* Creates one region per mine
* Uses names like `mina_<partial UUID>`
* Applies configurable flags
* Still works without WorldGuard

### Mining access control

1. If the block is not inside a known mine, access is allowed.
2. If the player owns the mine, access is allowed.
3. If the owner disabled visits, access is denied.
4. If the owner disabled visitor mining, access is denied.
5. If the whitelist is enabled and the player is not listed, access is denied.
6. If the player is on the owner's blacklist, access is denied.
7. In all other cases, access is allowed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://jpprison.gitbook.io/jpprison-docs/mines/systems/menu-system.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
